Before and After School Care

Welcome to APS Wraparound Care

At APS, we understand the challenges faced by working parents in balancing professional commitments with family life. That's why we're delighted to offer our wraparound provision, designed to provide a safe, nurturing environment for your child before and after school hours.

Before School Care

Our Before School Care program operates between 8:00 am and 8:30 am, providing an ideal solution for parents needing an early drop-off option. Charges for this service are as follows:

8:00 am to 8:30 am: £4 per day

8:15 am to 8:30 am: £2 per day

Invoices for Before School Care will be issued separately towards the end of each term, ensuring transparency and convenience for our families.

No advanced bookings for early morning care are needed for boys in Years 1 to 6.

Regular bookings and adhoc bookings for boys in Pre-School and Reception should be made by contacting the school office.

After School Care

Our After School Care is in high demand, offering a supportive environment for your child beyond regular school hours.

Location-Specific Details

Bank Place (Pre-School & Reception):

3:20 pm - 4:30 pm: £7.75 per day

Attending after a club until 6:00 pm: £11.00 per day including high tea at 4:45 pm, £4.25 per day attending after a club to 4.30pm.

3:20 pm - 6:00 pm: £15.50 per day including high tea at 4:30 pm

Highbury (Year 1 - Year 2):

3:20 pm - 4:30 pm: £7.75 per day

Attending after a club until 6:00 pm: £11.00 per day including high tea at 4:45 pm, £4.25 per day attending after a club to 4.30pm.

3:20 pm - 6:00 pm: £15.50 per day including high tea at 4:45 pm

Marlborough Road (Year 3 - Year 6):

3:40 pm - 4:30 pm: £7.75 per day

Attending after a club until 6:15 pm: £11.00 per day including high tea at 4:45 pm

3:40 pm - 6:15 pm: £15.50 per day including high tea at 4:45 pm

Ad Hoc Attendance

Regular bookings should be made through the Parent Portal. Once a place has been booked for a specific day/s, it will remain booked until you choose to cancel it. Any cancellations should be made by calling the School Office. Please note that any cancellations should be made with 24 hours’ notice, otherwise the charge for the full session will be applied.
