Year 6 Golf Competition

On a beautiful, sunny day, 28 boys from Year 6 played in two Golf Competitions at Ringway Golf Club. In the morning, Joey managed to hold off a valiant effort by Lucas to win the 5 Hole Competition on the main course by one shot, while Magnus also won the 9 Hole Competition on the Academy Course by one shot from Daniel. More importantly, everyone demonstrated great iron play, chipping and putting skills, having worked with the professional at Ringway on Thursday lunchtimes this term. I look forward to seeing how our Year 5 boys get on in September when they will have their opportunity to play.
